Xv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If false or misleading information is provided

• At the member's request (self-exclusion)

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.
